Reps for Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears call child sex abuse costume a ‘shakedown’

The plaintiffs are referred to as “Jane Doe” and “John Doe” in the suit, which says their names are being withheld to protect their privacy.

According to the complaint, a copy of which was obtained by CNN, “Jane Doe” and “John Doe” were 14 and 7 years old, respectively, when they allege Haddish and Spears made them participate in sexually suggestive videos in separate incidents. in 2013 and 2014.

When contacted by CNN, attorneys for Haddish and Spears called the allegations “false” and a “shakedown,” respectively.

According to the complaint, Haddish was a “longtime family friend” of the mother of the siblings who filed the complaint.

“Jane Doe” was enrolled in a comedy camp in 2013, where Haddish was a guest speaker and told the then-teenager “she had a perfect role for her,” the complaint states.

The star reportedly drove the girl to a studio where she and Spears showed her a video of “an older man and a college-aged woman” eating a sandwich simultaneously from each side, while “moaning and jerking around.” sexual noises as they both ate the sandwich in a way that simulated the act of fellatio.”

“Spears then told plaintiff Jane Doe that he wanted her to imitate what she saw on screen, including noises exactly like what she heard throughout the video,” says the trial. “Applicant Jane Doe, nervous and disgusted, said nothing until Haddish came into the room next to her and sat down. Haddish verbally explained what was expected of Applicant Jane Doe, then showed plaintiff Jane Doe how to perform oral sex, including the movements, noises, moans and groans.”

“Physically, emotionally and mentally unwell, plaintiff Jane Doe imitated the acts Haddish and Spears wanted her to do so she could return home,” the complaint continues.

Haddish then allegedly paid her $100 and sent her home, according to the complaint.

“John Doe” alleges that in the summer of 2014, Haddish “offered to book, arrange and film Mr. Doe’s content for a Nickelodeon sizzle reel at Spears’ home. Haddish claimed the reel would be used to book Mr. Doe on Nickelodeon.”

“After information and belief, Haddish and Spears removed the 7-year-old victim from his sister, placed him upstairs in a bedroom, and stripped the child down to his underwear,” according to the lawsuit. “The video was titled ‘Through A Pedophiles Eyes’ and shows Spears lusting after the 7-year-old” and rubbing her back.

Haddish was present during the filming of the entire video, the complaint states.

Photos allegedly from the video shoot are included in the complaint.

A lawyer for Haddish said in a statement to CNN that the complainant’s mother “has been trying to assert these false allegations against Ms. Haddish for several years.”

“Every lawyer who initially took on her case – and there were several – eventually dropped the case once it became clear that the claims were without merit and that Ms Haddish would not be moved,” the statement said, adding that the mother “has her adult daughter representing herself in this lawsuit. The two will together face the consequences of pursuing this frivolous action.”

The complainants’ mother is named in the statement. CNN does not include his name in our reporting to protect the privacy of his then-minor children. Jane Doe is now 22 and John Doe’s legal guardian, now 15, according to the complaint.

“He’s not going to fall for the trap,” Debra Opri, Spears’ attorney, said in a statement to CNN.
