This year’s winner, Qatar Airways, has received the top prize seven times since the introduction of the Skytrax World Airline Awards in 1999. Skytrax, a UK airline and airport review and ranking site, has conducted more than 14 million customer surveys in over 100 countries to discover the best airline in the world.
