Jack Osbourne shared photos on Instagram of his 73-year-old father on stage with Iommi, 74.
“Dad & @tonyiommi wrapped up the #commonwealthgames2022 tonight,” the caption read on the photos.
The elder Osbourne has had a few recent health issues, including surgery in June and contracting Covid-19 in April.
