Trudeau will visit the Greater Toronto Area today

Today, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will stop in Halton Region, Ontario.

The Prime Minister’s Office said Trudeau would meet with parents this morning to discuss affordability.

He will then attend a tree planting session with young people from the region, where he will talk about climate action.

Trudeau will later take part in a Labor Day barbecue in the afternoon.

Earlier this week, Trudeau traveled to the Kitchener, Ont., area for a housing announcement.

He also met with Premier Doug Ford in Toronto, where the two discussed health care and other key priorities.
