BEIJING (Reuters) – China’s commercial center of Shanghai launched eight infrastructure projects on Tuesday with a total investment of 1.8 trillion yuan ($256.83 billion), state media said.
The projects cover areas ranging from urban transportation and railways to wind power and housing improvement, the Shanghai Observer said.
