Ottawa Senators Announce Kinaxis Helmet Sponsorship

The Ottawa Senators will have a sponsor on their helmets when they play away for the next three seasons.

The Senators announced a partnership with Ottawa-based software company Kinaxis to have their logo emblazoned on players’ white street helmets through the 2024-25 season.

The Kinaxis logo will make its debut on the Senators’ helmets on October 13 when the Sens visit Buffalo, NY to face off against the Sabers in their regular season opener.

“This represents an exciting new partnership with a local track record that works on the global stage,” said Anthony LeBlanc, Senators’ president of business operations, in a press release. “We share common philosophies around partnerships for success, investing in our community, and positive employee engagement, and look forward to working with Kinaxis for many years to come.”

Kinaxis headquarters is located on Palladium Drive, not far from the Canadian Tire Center. The company makes supply chain management and distribution software for large corporations. It went public in 2014 and is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

“On behalf of the hundreds of employees in Ottawa, it is a privilege to work with such a great team,” said John Sicard, Kinaxis CEO.

NHL teams have picked up sponsorships for player gear this season. The Toronto Maple Leafs announced that the word “Milk” would appear on jerseys in partnership with the Dairy Farmers of Ontario. RBC is the sponsor of the Montreal Canadiens jerseys.
