MADRID — Spain would support Ukraine to join its bid to host the 2030 World Cup with Portugal, government spokeswoman Isabel Rodriguez said on Tuesday when asked about a report in The Times.
The Times reported Monday that Ukraine will join Spain and Portugal in a bid to host the 2030 World Cup.
The football bosses of Spain and Portugal will hold a press conference at the headquarters of European governing body UEFA in Switzerland on Wednesday, authorities said.
